Retroford International offer an extended 14 day return period to ensure that you’re always completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. We will process returns and refunds within 2 working days of receipt.

All parts are fitted at your risk.You should seek advice if unsure as we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur if parts not fitted correctly.
